Yes then the people staying near Mumbai should visit an calligraphy exhibition "Adishakti Aksharshakti" organized by 'Achyut School Of Calligraphy' along with Thane Municipality Corporation. This 5 days exhibition was held at Town hall, Thane on the occasion of Women's day.The main feature of this exhibition is - all the works displayed at the exhibition are created by only womens of APSC. Different colours and different compositions with various materials and mediums, new forms of art are created by these lovely ladies.
To see variety of creative arts came out of these 22 minds will be really a pleasing experience for every visitor. Few of the works I will like to display here with a small introduction to each.The Exibition starts with a beautiful 3D effect of eternal Aum along with the same Aum in its different forms of basic elements, Fire, Sky,Earth,Air and Water.There will be introduction and sale of Commercial use of Calligraphy in the form of cups, bookmarks, mugs. One can see creation of handmade things considering the beautifully arranged letters in the newspaper.
Also there are calligraphy demonstrations everyday evening.
So do visit and encourage the the girl power and also explore yourself with this new form of art.
